As a Website Consultant, I have the opportunity to onboard small business customers and guide them through a website building process. Once a customer’s website has launched, I continued to assist them by submitting ongoing edits they request to our DEV teams. This is accomplished through phone and email communication, requiring me to gather all necessary assets and feedback from the customer.

I am skilled in video production. Within the last year I was given the experience to create informative videos for the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Utah Valley University. Below is the most recent video I made for Utah Valley University informing students about the degree changes happening in their Communication Department.I have also made other various videos for holiday celebrations and events. I have the wonderful opportunity to work at my local Barnes and Noble bookstore. I have been trained in multiple facets of the store as a Cashier, Cafe Barista, Shipment Receiver, and Customer Service Sale Rep. I help in the store wherever I am needed and enjoy the daily interaction of help customers get what they need.In 2018 I was promoted to be a kids lead in which I was able to gain a lot of experience in organizing a department and event planning. I did the following • Successfully ran several of events, 4 of them with over 200 attendees.• 40+ hours planning displays, organizing department, and doing customer service• Planned and ran all of the children’s storytime each week.During 2020 these duties were suspended because of Covide -19. I became a part time employee after that so I could focus more on getting my education in Public Relations and graduating
