Electronic Technician
Current• Sets up and executes product assembly, tuning, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and evaluation of RF amplifiers, ensuring everything is done before the deadline or withing a reasonable time-frame.• Troubleshooting and problem solving from top level unit functionality down to faulty electronic circuits and components using technical drawing and schematics.• Continuously improve and update assembly instructions, test and tuning procedures, schematics and BOM (Bill of Materials) to make sure every detail is documented and up to date.• Collaborate with engineers in improving the old and new test programs; applying solutions to problems encountered on prototypes and production units and making sure the process is improved.• Completes equipment calibration annually and verify that all tool and equipment maintain their calibration standing. • Conducts daily quality control inspection of parts and units; ensuring every product are according to the specifications and quality standards implemented both by customer and the company.• Performs Hi-Pot test for high voltage units.• Performs leakage/pressure tests on units. • Acquired CGP and ITAR certification requirements. • Supervised and trained employees
