About Joseph Trombley

A BIT ABOUT ME:I am a passionate, skilled, designer, planner, and Project Manager who has focused on absorbing whatever knowledge I can. This characteristic is who I am, both in and out of the work, and has played a critical part in how I approach every situation. My primary work experience is centered on all types of food, beverage, and industrial manufacturing industries. Despite a broad focus on manufacturing and production operations, I have a desire for all things beverage, and more specifically all things in the beer, wine, and spirts industries. No matter the project or industry though, my passion is to see, learn, and grow production operations of all kinds.HOW I BEGAN MY CAREER:I spent the first part of my career working hands on in the building and construction trades as a stone mason and general contractor. During this time, I chose to broaden my experience and pursue a career in design where I received my BS in Technology & Architecture. Upon conferring my degree, I spent time working with small design firms before beginning my career as a Facilities Planner with the Stahlman Group (now Design Group). This is where I realized my interest in industrial and manufacturing design and operations. As my skills evolved with Design Group, I quickly demonstrated my value as a Facilities Planner by developing strategic operational and design solutions through the efficient execution of projects within the food and beverage industries. During this time, I showcased my ability to lead and support both project deliverables and lasting client relationships by working through a variety of projects ranging from warehousing and logistics, process and packaging systems, and total operational evaluations to overseeing, managing, and executing long-term master plans and project specific deliverables.Through my involvement supporting planning and construction efforts, I decided to return to school and advance my educational knowledge where I conferred both a Master’s in Business Administration and a Masters in Operations and Project Management. This provided me with institutional knowledge that helped me to support our clients and improve my organizational and project execution methods. My dedication to both client and company, led to my current position with Design Group as a Project Manager where I still continue to develop and maintain critical relationships, oversee the execution of work, and ensure maximum value to all stakeholders from start to finish throughout the most critical phase of operational forecasting and project execution.

Listed skills include Construction, Autocad, Project Management, Project Planning, and 30 others.
