• One of three partners to start up operations of a brand-new Energy Services Corporation (ESCO) to serve dual fuel in deregulated states. Systems and staff began to come online in November 2018. Sales began when supply.
• Negotiated all operations related contracts included but not limited to CIS/CRM/EDI, TPV, Print House, Customer Rewards, Outbound Telemarketing, Outsourced Customer Service, Outsourced Regulatory and Compliance.
• Integrated CIS/CRM systems with rewards program, TPVs, and all customer correspondence.
• Was responsible for all areas of responsibility with the exception of Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Supply.

• Decreased bad debt from 6% to 1% in utilities where payment is not guaranteed.
• Onboarded a national collection agency for stale bad debt and larger commercial accounts.
• Automated promotion fulfillment for an annual savings of $189k.
• Recovered over $500k from 2,400 bad debt accounts in 6 months.
• Recovered $256k from a utility that I was able to determine was withholding payments in error.
