After completing my degree at the University of Alabama and indulging in some time on the slopes in Colorado, I discovered my passion for pickleball and felt compelled to contribute to its flourishing community. Joining the local company PickleballCentral.com seemed serendipitous, albeit the available positions were in the warehouse. Eager to immerse myself in the industry, I embraced the opportunity wholeheartedly.Despite starting as a warehouse associate, I dedicated my off-hours to studying the pickleball landscape, fostering relationships within the company, and strategizing ways to expand my involvement. Recognizing my ambition, the founder and CEO granted me an opportunity to join the Amazon Marketplace team after six months of diligent service.Delving into listing optimization, pricing strategies, and content creation, I eventually transitioned to co-managing our affiliate marketing program while maintaining my responsibilities with Amazon. This role allowed me to cultivate a nuanced understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics and leverage partnerships to bolster our brand's presence. Together, we overhauled the program, emphasizing quality collaborations and eliminating inefficiencies, resulting in sustained growth.Additionally, I was entrusted with overseeing a multi-million dollar customer rewards program, where I spearheaded its transformation, streamlining administrative processes and expanding its marketing outreach.My proficiency in the industry earned me the role of project manager for content creation, where I collaborated with a third-party media team to produce compelling product and instructional content on a monthly basis.
