As a little boy, I was deeply fascinated by how Potential Energy converts to other forms (Kinetic, Electrical, etc); to a degree, we all are.So before completing my Bachelor's Degree, I joined a team of industry professionals, and with the help of UNDP and the Eswatini Government, we founded the Innovators Association of Eswatini (IAE) - an NGO whose objective is to foster innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the youth. After graduating, I cofounded Ummo, a software startup whose mission has been to maximise society's potential by improving access to public services.With close to ten years of experience in software development, software engineering, product management and IP protection, I have represented the Kingdom of Eswatini:1. as one of 50 startups in Africa at the 6th EU-Africa Business Forum (in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, in 2017).2. as the recipient of the Minister of Public Service & Administration Award (in a South African Public Service Hackathon in 2018).3. as a Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneur and grant recipient (in 2019).4. as one of 50 African Digital Champions (by Africa Digital Festival, in 2020).5. in a patent drafting course by ARIPO, WIPO and the Japan Patent Office (in Harare, Zimbabwe, in 2023).I'm on a mission to use technology to unlock the youth's potential. That little boy's interests have only gotten bigger!
