Project lead of a self-initiated public space project that after the removal of advertisement after The Clean City Law (2007) looks to re-purpose existing billboard structures into ecological hotspots. Leveraging financial and promotional support from companies that used to advertise in these structures, creating a new cooperative public-private relationship.This was supported by the Prince Claus Foundation, in collaboration with Bijarí, an award-winning art & design collective based in São Paulo. I was responsible for the strategy development and operational plans connected to three major stakeholders in the project: local government, consumer brands, general public. Other responsibilities included roadmap planning, detailed architectural drawings, as well as providing overall creative direction to other team members.
