• Engage clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic• Provide advice tailored to suit client’s financial needs• Help with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, account maintenance, etc.• Educate clients on the usage of technology, self-service options•Build long-lasting relationships with clients•AAO trained, assist in account openings

•Supervise and oversee members in aquatic facility•Ensure proper safety and act immediately in the occurrence of an emergency•Lead guard, manage and facilitate staff both indoors and outdoors•Water and chemical checking/testing, cleaning, maintaining, etc.•Administering swim tests, along with explaining pool regulations and expectations

•Provide guidance & support to elementary age children •Assist in academic subjects such as reading, writing, math, science, and other areas•Educate children on the importance of health in a meaningful manner•Developing children’s cognitive, intellectual, social, and writing skills•Assist with behavior management, discipline, interpersonal actions•Aid children in completion of homework and activities•Activities include sports, puzzles, board games, arts & crafts, etc.•Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times•Help to maintain a neat and organized aftercare site•Ensure a professional, friendly and cordial relationship with both children and parents

•Provide orientation and instruction on proper usage of gym equipment to members and guests•Educate members and provide fitness advice/exercises•Maintain cleanliness and order in gym/wellness area

Rotated throughout various departments within the organization~Camp/Youth Development, Afterschool, Aquatics. Major initiatives were to increase brand awareness, recruit (created flyers and calling applicants), screen, onboard, and train new staff, as well as to establish and build the Youth Group at the branch.
