I've been a freelance music journalist for the magazine since 2019, but being promoted to Online Editor has allowed me to step into a role where I work with over 50 journalists and help them get their dream interviews as well as bring the new bands and artists to the forefront of the magazines audience.

Helping the customer service team whenever the physical magazine was produced by tracking customers orders as well as keeping an eye on any problems in the future.

I spent a week working for Solent Productions and Glastonbury's official social media team. I was able to take a camera around the festival and take photo's of a mixture of the crew of Solent Productions when they were working in audio, camera operating and more and I was able to roam around the festival and find interesting characters who can tell a story.

My roles included being the mail boy, transcribing interviews from audio files, as well as doing work for NME (NME and Uncut Magazine share the same office) where I went into the archives of previous magazines from the 1960's and 1970's where I would type up main reviews or stories that NME wanted to re-publish. It was a great experience that made me want.

This was the start of my writing career in the music industry. I started a blog on Wordpress and created reviews and features, which was a mixture of music, film and my college radio shows. I was able to expand this after I graduated university into JoshAbrahamMedia for all my freelance work.
