I serve clients in three practice groups: corporate finance and securities, banking and lending, and environmental. My corporate finance and securities work focuses on general transactional and corporate governance matters. I have performed extensive diligence, drafted contracts and corporate governance documents, and been involved in many aspects of deals. Most of my banking and lending experience is representing banks in connection with credit agreements. I have drafted and revised credit agreements, security agreements, and related documents; drafted amendments and waivers; reviewed borrowers' external debt documents; and handled closing logistics.My environmental work is often litigation-based, with an emphasis on environmental impact statements and representing clients in front of a regulatory agency. In my litigation work, I have drafted a complaint, memorandum of law, brief sections; conducted legal research; and drafted memos. I have found this cross-disciplinary training helps me to use a wide set of skills for my clients.
