Josh's work was spot on and we were able to demo and sample the first spin modules and ultimately to bring it into mass production using off-shore contract and Lumentum manufacturing sites. In addition to the electrical design work, Josh took the initiative to create a Python based debug GUI that was widely used in Engineering and in the field for support of the CFP2 optical module. Josh was always a self-motivated high performer and continually looked for ways that he could contribute to the success of the project and to the company. He's got great curiosity and creativity and was always eager to jump in to learn new things so that he could expand his experience and skill set.
