• Core Responsibilities: Enter journal entries, create accruals and prepaid schedules and maintain fixed assets, perform bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements for 10 entities with multiple profit centers. Assist in year-end tax and audit requests from outside preparers, issue 1099’s for 15 entities. • Projects: Created and maintain company cellular program with ~100 lines with a mix of 2 carriers. Created and maintain corporate procurement card program with 15 separate company level programs. • Serve as backup to the Treasurer with authorization to approve all forms of cash disbursements (paper check, credit card, ACH and Wire in our online banking system). Serve as backup contact for AP and AR for multiple entities, apply cash receipts, create and upload payments to our online banking system (only when not approving said payments). File annual reports in multiple states for all entities, complete government census reports on an annual basis.

• Core responsibilities: Updated inventory daily using reports pulled from our scale house. Created and entered customer invoices, entered vendor invoices into our system for payment, assisted with working fund and petty cash reconciliation, compiled reports to assist with monthly financial statements, ad hoc reporting and projects from all departments, processed payroll using Paycor online• Assisted in month end financial statements of multiple profit centers, processed payroll in Paycor, reconciled working fund and petty cash funds, update and assist in inventory tracking / reconciliations.

• Core responsibilities: Created and maintained spreadsheets to track invoices and deposits. Prepared monthly bank reconciliations of the operating account. Entered journal entries and assisted with event profit and loss statements. • Worked customer service booth at events (concerts, circus, standup, etc…). Assisted with changeover crew when needed. Worked with Marketing department to develop budget for specific events when needed.
