• Upgrading our a Metrics Reporting Tool from manual processing to an automated Business Intelligence Tool for the purpose of analyzing Data (Power BI).• Ensuring dealership IT related technical requirements are provided in order for After-Sales digital programs to be rolled out.• Developing the functional specifications of the systems required to support any new processes for systems development• Coordinate dealer and user workshops and clinics on the systems support offered by VWSA to determine business requirements and changing needs of the retail environment and that best practice is adhered to.• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to analyze, build requirements and manage the system’s development to an agreed quality plan. (e.g. Functional design, Systems testing, User acceptance, Pilot and roll-out plan)• To ensure that post-implementation support from external suppliers are met

I have gained more experience in project management as a Business Analyst within the automotive industry implementing IT solutions for business practices. Our new department's purpose is: Intelligently connecting Customers, Cars, and Dealers.• Progress Requirement Analysis and consistent stakeholder interaction to understand process/system limitations and identify best solutions.• Constant workshops between Business and IT departments to ensure no opportunity is missed.• Implementation and rollout of our organizations New Vehicle Administration System (NADIN) which in includes the ordering, pricing, invoicing and reporting of new vehicles within the Volkswagen South Africa Group.• I have contributed to the creation of NADIN’s Training Manual which was globally recognized by our Volkswagen AG project team. This led me to train Stock Controller’s within VWSA’s Dealer Network.

The Graduate Trainee Programme was an exciting one-year journey in which I could explore the dynamic world of vehicle manufacturing. I was given the opportunity to corporate, personal and leadership development. This allowed me to have an overview of various Sales and Marketing systems and functions within VWSA and lay a solid foundation for my career.
