Responsible for merging of ink delivery subsystem into the printer product. Test and debug prototype hardware subsystems in coordination with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams. Create electrical and pneumatic schematics. Test and report on individual electromechanical components prior to design integration.Provided global on-site customer support for printer and subsystems. Responsible for ongoing training of field service and manufacturing teams on ink delivery system. Create and maintain training material. Develop manufacturing quality control processes and diagnostic procedures for ink delivery system. Troubleshoot manufacturing defects for entire printer. Assist manufacturing during crunch time.
