My background has been focused on analyzing customer ordering data to find an effective one-to-one marketing strategy using direct mail collateral. The methods used to design the variable mail pieces was to design the piece in InDesign with XMPie or, in the past, using the Xerox VIPP language. For production, various Xerox and Canon printers were used with the variable imaging capabilities. After the completion of the campaign, using customer ordering data again to provide return on investment reporting for campaigns. I am transitioning this knowledge base of the mailing system to integrate with social media campaigns and ordering data. Also, an extremely creative and on the fly thinker which I credit to my years of formalized Improvisational Comedy training.
