My role is to build and develop business for O’Neills Sportswear in the South East of England and maintain strong relationships with current customers, making sure we meet all of their requirements. O’Neills specialise in bespoke match kit for a variety of sports enabling you to build a real club identity that stands out from your competition. Our bespoke kit includes any design, crest, sponsors logos and numbers all for the same price, making life more commercially viable. We also offer a large range of stock leisurewear which can be made available for players, coaches, parents and spectators via our online shop service.

This role is primarily to enhance the revenue income of Worthing RFC and ensure cash flow forecasts are met. Maintain a strong relationship with all current sponsors and constantly search for new sponsorship opportunities. Promote the grounds and clubhouse for social and corporate hire as well as large outdoor events.- Develop a formal marketing and brand strategy for Worthing Rugby Club Ltd- Ensure the growth of existing and new sponsorship opportunities with local and national businesses- Primary interface with existing sponsors including Raiders home fixtures- Research different avenues to improve the revenue of the club- Establish credible procedures to ensure capture of the relevant media exposure statistics for both in house review and sponsorship promotion- Improve spectator experience by focusing on pre match and post match activities, to attract spectators to the grounds for a longer period of time- Develop and execute a promotional plan for Worthing Rugby Club as a social venue, corporate venue, secure outdoor venue for large events and retail outlet for sports clothing and equipment- Provide regular updates and news via the clubs social media platforms- Improve the income generated by non-rugby activities and provide a detailed review of profitability, complexity and community impact- Identify markets to retain and develop- Management and delivery of quality, cost efficient experience to all clients who pay for the use of our facilities- Manage the purchasing within the clubs retail clothing outlet
