Responsible for customer service and sales, materials purchasing, manufacturing door frames, maintaining inventory, delivering finished & raw product, overseeing building maintenance and vendor relations.

Regulated all aspects of dispatch, mandatory safety inspections, and scanning procedure compliance. Participated directly in contractor relations by holding short business meetings with every contractor at least once a week or as necessary. Instrumental in hiring new clerks and package handlers as well as training and coaching them. Trained and developed seasonal drivers to fill in during peak season and be ready for hiring by contractors.

Responsible for customer relations, translating a concept project into a printable product. Organized production, prioritizing jobs in order to optimize the available machines and finish every project on time.
