Keystone Consultants, Inc. is an established survey, GIS, and land acquisition company which has been providing professional services to clients in the oil and gas, cellular tower development, and land development industries for over 20 years. To better serve our customer base, Keystone created an Environmental Design and Permitting Department to compliment the survey, GIS, and land acquisition departments. My role as department manager consists of leading and facilitating the growth of Keystone Consultants Environmental Department and helping our group become a sought after consultant in the oil and gas industry through our focus on providing clients with thought-out and constructible erosion and sediment control design, stormwater management design, grading design, and utility and site layout. Township, city, and state permitting accompany the designs and layouts, and also fall within my role.

All aspects of engineering design associated with the Marcellus shale play, including well site layout, well site grading and erosion control, pipeline alignment, pipeline grading and erosion control, ESCGP-1 permitting, DOT permitting, impoundment design, misc. environmental permitting, and field investigations.

Pipelines and Well Sites: ESCGP-1 Permitting, Site Grading, Site Layout, Post Construction Stormwater Management, and other misc. permiting and design for clients involved with Marcellus Shale play.

Worked with a team of engineers, architects, and surveyors to permit, design, and construct Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use Developments. Primary role focused on the infrastructure design and permitting, site grading, and erosion and sediment control. Secondary role focused on project management, client interaction, and coordination between all involved parties.
