Mr. Cooper has over Twenty years of continual involvement in the construction Quality Control/Assurance Industry. He is certified through the International Code Council (ICC) & The City of San Diego in structural masonry, post-tension concrete, reinforced concrete, and spay-applied. Mr. Cooper has a wide range of experience performing inspection and material testing of concrete, soils, asphalt, reinforcing concrete, post-tension concrete, reinforcing masonry, and laboratory testing of concrete mix designs and other laboratory material testing. Mr. Cooper has worked closely with project Quality Control Managers and Engineers to assure codes and projects are met with little cost impact. In addition to Mr. Cooper’s role as a Special Inspector, he has also excelled in the role of Assistant Project Manager for this past year, directly supervising field staff. He has proven his management skills through his ability to take on the part of a Special Inspector while coordinating with clients for several other projects.
