Having previously worked on various projects within the UK and Australia as a supervisor, I am now the Training manager & Internal quality assurer for JSM Group Services. Delivering a wide range of course such as, EUSR SHEA Core, Power, Telecoms, Gas and Water, fire marshal, abrasive wheels, first aid, HSG 47, Utility Excavations CAT 1 and 2, and I deliver full STREET WORKS course (NRSWA) for operatives and supervisors. A highly dependable trainer / assessor who is also a level 4 Internal Quality Assurer. With extensive knowledge of current legislation and regulations within the construction and utilities industry. Working with LMS systems, awarding organisations, and liaising with our clients, sub-contractors and internal staff to ensure works are starting on time with the correct specification and people are rightly trained / qualified for the role. Developing bespoke courses, my aim is to provide training to the highest of standards in order to promote health and safety within the industry, and safe working practices.
