Manage and oversee daily coverage of investigative and consumer stories for the largest I-Team in local news, serving our viewers in both English and Spanish. Approve and fine-tune scripts, with the ability to tackle complex topics and transform them into engaging television under pressure. Manage staffing needs, reporter assignments and producer, photographer, and editor schedules. Work with Legal and Standards to ensure all content is thoroughly buttoned-up and vetted. Collaborate with all newsroom departments including Digital, Promos and Community Affairs to make sure our coverage achieves the most exposure possible, including customized streaming and OTT content.

Managed a large team of producers, photographers, graphic artists, editors and talent for a cross-platform brand featuring consumer and investigative segments on TODAY, NBC Nightly News, and NBC's digital properties. Developed strategies and systems for growth based on network needs. Assigned stories to staff and guided script writing, editing, and legal/standards reviews. Orchestrated large-scale live demonstrations in-studio and in the field. Oversaw hidden camera investigations and high-profile interviews, regularly involving competitive bookings.

Crash produced regular segments for 20/20 in response to breaking news, while writing and producing News Magazine specials that involved booking celebrity guests, and producing a variety of network anchors and correspondents. Led a staff of 20-30 people during hidden-camera field shoots, directed a dozen camera operators, wrote long-form scripts and guided editing for What Would You Do?.
