As a project manager with Tippmann Construction my core responsibilities include the following:- Establish construction project plans and schedules, considering work to be completed days, weeks, and months in advance- Execute building material take offs, submit take offs to potential suppliers, and source materials- Prepare bid documents and source subcontractors- Initiate subcontractor work and ensure timeliness and quality of the work throughout the project- Manage execution of project work in a manner that meets Tippmann Safety Standards- Utilizing Tippmann internal systems, tools, and process to establish consistency in overall project managementUtilizing multiple methods to concisely communicate regarding all aspects of the project

• Experience with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.• Estimating Concrete, Asphalt paving, Plumbing, and Storm water for commercial companies. • Performed quantity take-offs, complete pricing models, communications with manufactures and subcontractors. • Responsibilities include reviewing cost data, purchase orders, documenting receipts, and subcontracts.

Creating in depth quantity take-offs to produce estimates regarding work orders and new construction in concrete, asphalt paving, storm water, and plumbing works. I also communicate with Wal-Mart representatives, business owners, and suppliers.

My responsibilities include assisting the project manager with various aspects of project management requirements, assisting the site supervisor, LEED IAQ requirements, and coordination with various contractors.

While working with Ground Works I learned how to read prints, shoot grade, become organized, storm drains, sewage lines, operate caterpillar roller, operate bobcat front loader, teamwork, and developed a sense of construction.
