Genesis Property Development, Inc (GPD) is a full-service Construction Management and Development company based in Shelbyville, IN that has successfully completed construction projects across a wide variety of project types including land development, commercial, industrial and retail construction. The ownership group of GPD has a combined 90+ years of experience in the construction industry and bring great leadership and management skills to all projects. Across the sum of their careers, the GPD ownership has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of successful construction projects in ten states across the eastern United States. In addition to construction management services, GPD has also developed two successful projects in Shelbyville (Colour Palette & Riverfront Taproom). Additionally, GPD is currently in the process of re-developing the Methodist Building in downtown Shelbyville and is the majority owner in the proposed Pleasant View Commerce Park at the Pleasant View exit of I-74. Genesis specializes in the complete management and execution of a wide variety of complex construction projects including infrastructure, land development, corporate and industrial development.
