My passion project - @from.jev on TikTok and Insta - has amassed over 18 million views, 4 million likes and 85k followers in under 90 daysI ideate, curate and edit short-from videos based in the sports niche, with a strong focus on Formula 1 and footballExtensive competitor and cross-niche research allows me to ideate and curate my content, drawing inspiration from a wide range of sources to create the most engaging videos possible.Analysing key performance data such as average view duration, retention rate and traffic sources leads me to derive insights from each piece of content to utilise in future creations. This generates a never ending cycle of improvement and learning.

- Guided tours for groups of up to 18 people of all ages and backgrounds around Thailand and Vietnam where I was responsible for the health, safety and enjoyment of everyone on the tour.- Quickly built relationships with customers to gain respect and trust whilst showing compassion to understand their bespoke needs, ensuring each individual had the best possible experience. - Operating in a foreign country ensured I was extremely adaptable to unexpected, high-pressure situations where I used excellent communication skills to negotiate desirable outcomes for all stakeholders.- Constant multitasking by organising company finances, liaising with local partners, undertaking administrative tasks as well as creating content for social media and marketing materials, all whilst running the day-to-day of the tours and delivering 5* customer service.

- Generated rich, actionable insight reports by utilising data from multiple sources to tell an easily digestible story for stakeholders from a multitude of disciplines and seniority levels.- Analysed quantitative and qualitative data from sources such as Google Analytics, customer surveys and A/B testing experimentation to outline innovative next steps for clients.- Confidently presented reports to both internal teams and external clients to inform decision making and transform digital performance.- Applications of my analysis included improvements for website and marketing copy, UX/UI changes and pricing strategies for major household names including FMCG manufacturers, financial institutions and video-on-demand streaming services.
