Which led me to partner with my mother on a new venture into estate agency after unfortunate event led to her losing her previous business of 10+ years. Utilising my own skill set as-well-as getting the opportunity to learn from her 25+ years experience in the industry. Throughout my time there I focused on managing internal infrastructure and technology, managing rent procurement for the let properties in our portfolio, organising and conducting viewings on both to let and for sale properties, and finally liaising with solicitors and clients throughout the sales process.
