Responsibilities fulfilled:- Analyze and assess current state systems and processes, identifying pain points and future state resolution or mitigation.- Provide guidance and recommendations on Salesforce and CPQ best practices.- Lead and assist in discovery, requirements elicitation and validation, solution design, solution architecture, proof-of-concepts, process flows, as well as configuration, testing, integration, data migration, and deployment- Design scalable solutions that meet immediate business requirements, while enabling flexibility for long term success- Engage with all levels of client resources, including project sponsors, executives, sales, product, provisioning, legal, pricing, and billing teams- Collaborate with other SIs to ensure solution alignment- Conduct internal and external solution reviews with project teams prior to configuration to ensure solution aligns to best practices, is scalable, and meets the business requirements- - Serve as liaison between technical and business teams.- Communicate stakeholders needs to development team.- Bridge gaps between teams on business objectives and maintain project schedule.- Elicit, document, analyze, and validate requirements.- Develop user stories to determine project goals and ensure solutions meet expectations.- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to assess development progress and success.- Maintain and monitor project schedule to ensure tasks are aligned with project schedule.- Provide weekly status reports and make timeline adjustments as needed.- Configure and demo products and bundles.- Configure features, pricing, price rules, discount schedules and tiers, product rules, approvals, validation rules, selection rules, option constraints, custom actions, quote template, amendments, and renewals.- Configure Salesforce Quote to Cash Objects and Rules, including Billing, Revenue Recognition, Tax, Payment, GL Accounts, Finance Books, Credit / Debit NotesAssist with User Acceptance Testing, administrator orientation, and migration support.
