Two friends and I set up FIREFIT at the beginning of January, 2020. FIREFIT is a heated cardio chamber that monitors each of their clients using Polar Heart Rate technology. FIREFIT allows clients to train at their optimum capacity in a controlled, supervised environment. Each class is tailored to the fitness levels and needs of the group.

Working as a greenskeeper in charge of the maintenance of the course and its surroundings in the Ballinascorney site (formerly Dublin City Golf Club). During the weekends my primary role is to run activities such as bubble football, human foosball and archery to groups ranging from young kids birthday parties, to stags and team building events for companies.
