FIREFIT specialises in small-group fitness classes. At FIREFIT we offer two class-types to our clients, the BURN class or the BUILD class.
BUILD is a small group-based strength and conditioning session. It is designed to improve body composition, build muscle mass, and rev your metabolism through focused, technical strength training.
In contrast, if you are looking to burn calories, lose weight and build lean muscle, BURN is the class for you. The BURN class consists of both spinning, rowing, skiing along with HIIT functional training.
When signing up to a FIREFIT membership, you get access to both BURN and BUILD classes, providing you all the classes you need to meet your goals.
