Primary responsibility is monthly closing of the Balance Sheet for multiple entities. Closing procedures include cash and investment reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, depreciation of fixed assets, other various activities, and producing GAAP Financial Statements. Other responsibilities include weekly external creditor reporting, intercompany invoicing, Sales and COGS reconciliation, invoice approval, and process improvement.
