Coordinate with senior leadership, sourcing, merchandise planning, and merchandising to set AUC plans to improve costs. Provide monthly reporting and analytics to identify areas of opportunity for savings.-Inventory Accounting Operations, transactions, reporting, and analytics. -Responsible for company annual Physical inventory - 1100 stores, 4 DCs.-Loss Prevention reporting and analytics to provide real time information to the field and LP managers in order to reduce shrink expense.-Board & ELT Reporting -SAP Integration

 Responsible for budgeting and forecasting Sales, Margin, and Balance Sheet inventory for all Channels of business. (Retail, Wholesale, International). 1100 stores, $1.8B in revenue, and $8B in retail inventory.  Provide all KPI, sales & margin, and comp reporting for all executive and board of directors reporting. Develop new stores level reporting models to simplify and automate reporting processes.  Create new reporting to provide visibility to markdowns by channel, marketing vehicle, and merchant promotions to profit protect by identifying sales and margin growth opportunities. Intersect with Real Estate, Marketing, Treasury, and Merchandise Planning to coordinate sales and margin and cash flow forecasts.  Manage the $28M Wholesale P&L and provide financial support to the department.  Profitability analytics – store and product evaluation.

 Manage the brand budgeting and forecasting process, including KPI metrics, corporate overhead, and stores. (FULL P&L) Build models and lead the analysis on strategic projects; growth opportunities, long term strategic planning, process and interdepartmental planning. Developed and managed an inventory roll forward model that broke down the company’s $130M investment at the product level and synced it with the budget and forecasting processes (P&L).  Forecast sales and margin, making sure the marketing programs and product promotions were within the constructs of the P&L and inventory plan.  Product level profitability and inventory analytics.  Market Basket analytics – improving product buys according to customer basket analysis.  Vendor Analytics (Financial Scorecard)
