About Josh Marks

Started working for Marks and Spencer inbetween college before progressing through all levels of the business. Held roles from section co-ordinater through to section manager before being appointed store manager of my own store in which I opened and a second store manager appointment in Hertford before progressing to a foods commercial manager in Cambridge. My last role was store manager of Welwyn Garden City a 44,000 square foot shop with a 50/50 split of GM and Foods. Clear focus to continue developing and learning and continue progressing. This was the main driver for joining Landsec as a retail manager at Braintree Village now responsible for retail performance of over 80 brands, managing development, standards, sales and service and leading CRM strategies for the site.
