About Josh Marwaha
I am a third-year mechatronics student at the University of British Columbia, with an interest in aerospace engineering. I am currently a member of the UBC AeroDesign team, where I apply my skills and knowledge to design, build, and test electric R/C aircraft for SAE AeroDesign competitions. I have experience with ANSYS Fluent, a powerful computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software that allows me to perform simulations and analyses to determine estimates for lift and drag. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself in this exciting field. I am looking for opportunities to connect with other aerospace enthusiasts and professionals, and to gain more hands-on experience in the industry.I also have experience with LEAN inventory and manufacturing management, a method that optimizes the flow of materials and eliminates waste in the production process. I have applied this method in various projects as workspace manager for UBC AeroDesign, as well as during my co-op at CGC inc., achieving significant improvements in efficiency and quality.
