This is a job equips me with a number of different skills but the most important is adaptability as it has seen me working a number of different roles in a high pressure environment - some of the main roles I have fulfilled include working as a: table waiter, runner, food service assistant and barman. Thus, the ability to adapt to fulfil whichever role required is key and has now become one of my biggest strengths. Much of the work in this job involves face to face interactions with guests and so the job has needed both my communication and hospitable behaviours to be well refined, especially due to the nature of working at such a prestigious venue.
