I head up the entertainment each evening. I coordinate with the floor staff and entertainers to ensure that our customers always have an ongoing show. I also arrange and choose the music played as well as act as the voice of the club. I inform customers of specials, upcoming events and of what will happen next in our nightly show.

Kept records of daily finances, made schedules, hired and trained new employees, took and maintained inventory and stock loss, did daily banking and provided top notch customer service.

We did everything from small home remodeling to exterior siding and other aesthetics. From small plumbing issues, such as replacing the toilet wax ring to replacing the enclosures, laying tile, installing fixtures, repairing/replacing pipes. We took out and put in new floors, hardwood, linoleum, tile or carpet. Adding a wall, taking out a wall, building extra rooms, some air duct work at well and some light electrical work. There are more experienced workers on the crew that can do beyond the basic electrical work but I only did the basics like installing a light fixture or connecting wires. Anything that can, should or needs to be done to homes of all shapes, sizes and builds could be done by Dayton House Doctors.

I cooked food for customers to order. I took orders from the drive thru and from the front register. I was responsible for cleaning the customer eating area as well as the back kitchen. Being the closing crew I had the responsibility of closing down all of the equipment and cleaning the floors, prep surfaces as well as giving a detailed whole cleaning to the entire building before leaving and after close for the night. There were also weekly "to-do" lists for the night crew that entailed things like cleaning out the broiler hoods and changing all the grease out in the fryers. Kept a tally of products used and needed to order products and supplies, to which the GM would place the order from the supply list that we provided for them. I washed dishes and every removable piece from any and all cooking equipment. If it didn't come off I scrubbed it down multiple times throughout the week.
