Oversee, budget forecast, and manage all vegetation management projects for three electric cooperatives in NE Iowa & SE Minnesota. Manage all project planning, execution, and invoicing for every aspect of IVM spanning over 8,300 miles of overhead power lines in very diverse terrain. Negotiate stakeholder refusals and complaints with fairness to contractor, electric company, and stakeholder. Currently an ISA Certified Arborist & ISA Utility Specialist, with herbicide applicators license in Iowa and Minnesota.

Held every position in Line Clearance/ Vegetation Management. Groundman, to climber, bucket operator, crew foreman, equipment operator, and spray crew foreman. General foreman for 6 years before being hired in house by an Electric Cooperative to oversee all vegetation management projects, as a shared employee who oversees the program for two other Cooperatives. Hurricane and storm duty work experience as a journeyman climber/bucket operator.
