This allows me to continually adapt to challenges and bolster my already high level of organisational skill, interpersonal relations, and people management. My job also calls on me to oversee and mentor individuals in terms of basic safety, they're duties, mental health especially when in the field, whilst motivating my team to achieve they're potential and hit targets.Other taught techniques include the education and consequential understanding of military law, enabling me to fulfil my primary policing duty which is to uphold service law under 'The Armed Forces Act 2006', a law that also shadows our civilian counterpart 'The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984'. I helped teach members of the public how to stay safe in and around the ocean, whilst also signing up vital supporters for regular donations to the charity at fundraising events, whereby I gained the first membership for monthly donation of the season. As part of my studies in sixth form I had to complete a set amount of work experience, where I managed to gain a short-term working placement with the prestigious Waitrose & Partners. This was my first real insight into working life, and it was a great place to start.
