Responsible for providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers. Work closely with the sales team to take and enter orders, provide estimates and respond to customer inquiries.

As a direct support professional, I provide high quality, one on one, alternative adult day programming services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. My duties include: assisting with work, communication and social skills, on the job training and educational goals. One of the main responsibilities of the position is to build and support inclusive education and employment opportunities for clients with autism within their communities. I also, initiated and organized a music therapy group that meets once a week. The group consists of clients singing, playing instruments and listening to live music.
