Act as the primary contact for communicating issues to project reps and engineers. Oversee user accounts, resolve data integrity issues, and assist various departments in developing operational workflows. Provide reports when advanced logic is needed. Train various departments on how to use the database according to best practices, and customize the database to serve the mission of the school.

Founded the digital media program at Summit School for grades 1-9. Taught image creation/manipulation, 2d/3d and stopmotion animation, video editing, basic music composition, basic keyboarding and music theory, interactive media, and basic programming for interactive media (Actionscript and XML). Software used: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, illustrator, Flash, Fireworks, Swift 3d, Apple Motion, Logic Studio, iMovie, Final Cut Studio, Garageband, Autodesk Mudbox and Maya. Designed and customized digital media projects to reinforce curriculum for core academic classes. Presented at 2013 NCAIS conference on how to use digital media to reinforce core curriculum.

Summit School

Support a help desk where staff/faculty call in to report a variety of computer issues. Create and restore hard drive images. Remove viruses or reload client machines. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Set up and maintain Sonicwall Firewalls, file servers, client machines needing access to a SQL server. Manage and restore backups when needed. Oversee iPad management using Meraki MDM and Apple's VPP service. Assist teachers in finding new technology to use in the classroom. Assist with network administration and troubleshooting managed switches and wireless access points.
