Ran four different stores for the company and opened stores in new markets such as Texas and Florida. Directly supervised sales teams of between 15 to 40 employees depending on store volume and season. Oversaw all aspects of store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, hiring, training, scheduling and labor budget management. Positively contributed to company sales goals and controlled losses through constantly building customer oriented teams in every store. Specialized in recruiting and networking efforts for the company in many markets and aided in staffing and building successful teams in many different locations. Also coordinated public marketing events in these new markets to build brand awareness. Often worked on corporate level, people development projects while running stores.
