Coordinate weekday satellite lunch program for Isla Vista’s low-income and houseless communities. Conduct outreach and secure program volunteers.

Supervise student staff of thirteen, coordinate with career staff and about 150 programmers and volunteers in our mission as a non-profit, educational, college/community radio station. Coordinate and support weekly/quarterly meetings, volunteer programmer trainings, annual fundraising, and event organizing. Act as main contact and liaison for campus and community partnerships.

Lead committee in quarterly schedule creation, program reviews, on-air policies review, scheduling conflict/mediation, determine under-represented communities and conduct outreach to develop new programming, give content direction to fulfill organizational vision and mission statements on the air.

Process, solicit and review music submissions with volunteer programmers, manage physical music library, help coordinate in-studio performances, generally develop station’s musical direction.

Produce all print and online outreach materials, programming schedule, event posters, SWAG and help with website design.
