I can honestly say that I love what I do, sure being away from the family can be hard sometimes, but there is something to be said about how fantastic this field of work really is! Great tasting libations is an art form. It has been attempted by many, but mastered by few. To say that I get paid to work with such fine people, taste some amazing beers along the way is, so I've been told, a dream job. I continue to strive to be better, work harder, and have more amazing experiences along the way. Cheers!

Working for the company for many years, I started here as a bartender as a second job. I was working on getting my Journeyman's Plumbing license. However, I soon discovered that I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality/restaurant business and dove in. I soon became a manager for one of the top/busiest restaurants in all of Traverse City, and some surrounding areas. After hard work, and a few years, I was again promoted to General Manager. Soon, I was running the show, and managed to bring revenue up exponentially, by cutting inventory/labor costs, and focusing on the quality of our service. Pretty soon, the business was up by a large margin. However, my hard work was getting noticed by others, and with a curiosity to explore lingering, I took an opportunity to learn a new craft. Craft beer, that is. Of which I am still mastering to his day.
