Update, re-write, and modify SSOP documentation for all equipment and facilities. Serve as participating member of food safety committee. Resolve any cleanliness issues with little to no supervision.

· Oversee five restaurants with annual revenue of $3.5M across Green Bay by accomplishing the following:· Develop all team members from start to finish. Including: initial selection, on-site training, development coaching, and continued input regarding personal and professional growth goals.· Create and implement new ways to streamline and improve the effectiveness of all training programs.· Financial leadership of the stores including: labor management, management of cost of goods, supply management, management of utilities and facilities to minimize expense, and financial analysis of P&L in order to maximize profits.· Human resource management including: interviewing applicants, hiring new employees, training new and current employees on proper procedures, mitigating employee issues, discipline of employees, and termination of employees.· Overall leadership and creative problem solving while managing five locations with high-volume sales and high standards of operation.

Oversee 57 restaurants in four different DMA's. Assist the owners in daily operations, quality, and service. Provide on-site training for team members and owners along with classroom style training for managers and mangement in training. Report out on overall performance of all stores and guide owners towards success.

· Oversee eight restaurants across Denver $6M in revenue, four in Boise $4.5M in revenue, and four in Seattle $3M in revenue, by accomplishing the following:· Demonstrating leadership and problem solving skills, while encouraging the same in team members for multiple locations while upholding the high standards of operations sought by PMI for high- volume stores.· Managing issues around employees and employment- interviewing, hiring and training new employees; training of current employees to maintain knowledge of company procedures and quality service; disciplining and terminating employees as needed; and mitigating any employee issues that came up. · Management of finances and leading the stores to methods and mentalities that minimize expenses. This included management of the cost of goods, labor, supplies, facilities, equipment, and utilities. P&L were also analyzed to maximize profits. · Performing job duties to fill vacancies as they arose to ensure adequate daily operation of stores.· Driving sales increases using various marketing strategies. Participating in conference calls and meetings in order to learn the latest advice from PMI.· Participating in multiple committees in order to create, refine, and further develop training, standardization, and improvement of overall processes. · Assisting area market coach as needed.
