Throughout my professional years, developing and maintaining strong relationships continues as a core tenet, whether within my teams, with direct customers, or with the end consumer. Accountability, empathy, analytical mindset, and enthusiasm are all traits for which I pride myself. My time working with motorcycles began as a passion, but I could not have foreseen it as a 2+ decade career, and one for which I'm still excited to contribute. The last three of those years were heavily dedicated to understanding electric mobility, and how it can fit into an exciting, but hopefully more sustainable future for all. Across all previous disciplines, from early days in snowboard shops and first restaurant jobs, to the high end apparel and premium product experience, my inquisitive, detail-oriented mindset continues to inform my approach to expertise.Above all, I constantly seek to be a valued co-worker, team member, leader, or advisor--one who empowers and uplifts those around me.
