- Did a major refactor of a .NET Framework 4.8.1 Document Service to use newer .NET 7. I leveraged .NET 7's built in use of Dependency Injection to make the new Document Service more testable and digestible for other engineers. For the Document Service's CI/CD Pipeline, I used a Docker container to build the application and run it against a suite of unit and integration tests before any merge commit was allowed into the codebase in order to protect against introducing regressions.- For the above service, the business needed an application that could migrate documents from their old storage share to a new cloud based share via the Document Service. In order to achieve this business need, I built a Document Migrator which migrated documents from their legacy storage to the new one, while also updating the Policy application's database for each newly migrated document. I built a solution that did not require any sort of big bang migration, but instead is kicked off via an Azure Pipeline and migrates documents in the background giving the customer the full use of their environment. The Document Migrator is a .NET 7 CLI application that used many established patterns such as the repository pattern, the IOptions pattern, IValidation, and more. I used TDD to develop the Document Migrator, so that a robust testing suite organically evolved around the application. This application has been successfully deployed and has since migrated millions of customer documents.

- Worked on Policy Active Delivery from early inception, to GA, and finally go-live for our customers. Policy Active Delivery eliminates the need for customer's to take large updates that would traditionally require downtime, and instead delivers them in a structured release cadence without any customer environment interruptions.- Acted as Release Manager for three different release deployments of Policy Active Delivery. This role requires cross-team coordination across the whole organization.
