From 2007-2014 I was the on site working superintendent at Tiger Construction. We did everything from residential home remodels to commercial tenant finish & building additions. We specialized in fast food remodels, Pizza Hut, subway, KFC and Taco Bell. In 2014 I join MacDougall Pierce construction as an onsite superintendent for one year. In 2015 I was prompted to the Filed and Safety director. In the Field directors position I was in charge of the superintendents and field employees. I would schedule man power daily. Both concrete and carpentry crews. I was tasked with hiring new employees. Scheduling the monthly Project manager and Superintendent meetings to discuss the job schedules, man power, equipment and how to handle any issues on site. I was tasked with helping close out several project as a second superintendent at times as well. Doing whatever it takes to get the job done, Even putting my tools on to help out the man power. I would coordinate all equipment pick up and deliveries with our warehouse manager. My safety director duties included updated and implementing a new safety program, scheduling and running the monthly safety meeting, schedule certification training courses, do weekly on site safety audits and submit reports to the office. While helping get the company to a .69 EMR. I also incorporated a new personal timesheet booklet to help with mistakes with payroll while assisting the payroll department. Along with multiple job duties.
