- Led project to implement new pre-employment vendor. Responsible for project management, contract negotiation, implementation planning, change management, internal team training and rollout. Required extensive cross team functions from HR, Legal, Recruiting and Business Leadership.- Responsible for organizing all communication from across the business with our Recruiting Operations & Technology team. Performed regular audits of global new hire data to ensure integrity. Required regular communication with partners in HR, Legal, Internal Mobility, Security, Compensation, Recruiting and a working knowledge of all their functions.- Administration and implementation of Applicant Tracking System. Responsible for soliciting feedback and implementing updated processes for proposed changes to existing ATS functionality, change management and troubleshooting system issues.Team Lead:- Responsible for scheduling and assignment of daily/weekly tasks for team of 4-6 members. Monitored and tracked status of multiple ongoing programs including pre-employment, candidate offer letters and onboarding new hires.- Core member of team to build out centralized employment screening program. Helped develop, implement, and document a system and organizational structure for nationwide pre-employment process that consisted of assessments, background checks, drug screens and physicals.Recruiting Program Coordinator:- Responsible for coordination of all sales hires within a channel. Handled requests to hire 150+ candidates/week. Included processing hire in ATS, writing offer letters, running background checks and onboarding.- Responsible for coordinating travel for potential candidates and channel leadership team. Included booking flights, hotels, car rentals and coordinating directly with candidates to establish itinerary and interview expectations.

Works under direct supervision to learn the proper handling of all specimens received at ARUP's central facility and prepares specimens for laboratory testing. The position includes such functions as matching patient information, data entry, aliquoting, and scanning documents.

Administer a three-week sales intensive training plan. Create training plans and materials to distribute to new hires and Sales Management. Partner with Management in implementing sales training programs for agents in accordance with Division and Business Strategy. Assist managers in the hiring, training, and evaluation process of sales agents; Conduct individual agent call monitoring/side by side coaching to evaluate call quality with respect to maximizing sales opportunities; Assist in creating a positive coaching environment where agents proactively seek feedback. Collaborate with Sales Agents and Managers to solve work-related problems.Generate ideas for performance incentives and execute as approved by Manager; manage sales authorization codesSupervises up to 20 sales workers.
