Teacher- Tasked with developing curriculum for up to 8 classes a trimester and implementing it to member from ages 5 to 18. Running national programs and programs that were developed myself. Customer Service- Working as the receptionist, answering phones, greeting guests, giving tours of the facility. Data Entry, Generating and Running Reports- Entering data for injuries, incidents, attendance, and activities. Running and generating reports through MS Access, member counts, camp totals, classes, and attendance sheets. Purchasing, Grants and Billing- Using cash and credit card to purchase things needed for The Boys & Girls Club, including filling out purchasing requests and reimbursement forms. Applying for technology and music grants to improve programs and purchase new equipment. Assisted with administering the Federal Food Grant, implementing proper procedures, buying food and materials, and keeping records. Maintenance and Cleaning- Maintaining a nice, clean, safe environment for parents to drop their children off at. Sterilizing equipment, games, and rooms daily. Repairing broken games, equipment and parts to the building. Van Driver- Driven 15 passenger van from 2011 to present. Driven every day after school and on long distance trips for up to one week. Clean driving record. CPR/First Aid certified- Took classes last summer, certified until summer of 2016.

Youth Guidance- Manage the youth of Crossview Community Church, guide them in any and all ways possible to grow as young adults. Build them up and develop relationships to help them become better followers of Christ. Teach them to focus on Christ, family, friends, and school, and in doing so be better equipped to be responsible members of our community. Oversee the youth at all church and youth events alongside leadership team. Youth Leader Management- Lead the leaders of the youth in all functions of the youth ministry. Help them to implement the goals of the church and youth ministries, leading them in a safe and Christian environment. Lead weekly meetings to study the bible with one another, develop new programs, discuss the upcoming youth group lesson, discuss current issues, common problems, and upcoming events. Sermons & Youth Group- Once a week lead a 2 hour gathering of the youth; give a sermon, have study questions, make group discussion time and organize fun activities. Fundraising- Develop fun, unique and effective ways to grow the youth fund. Implement 6 to 8 fundraisers a year to help students pay to attend youth events and trips. Events and Activity Coordinator- Create fun events and activities for the youth and youth leaders. Working alongside youth leaders to have events that are safe, positive, exciting, and unique for the youth to attend. Program Developer and Implementer- Fabricate a program for the youth ministries. With the help of the youth leaders, build a current, fun and developmental program for youth meetings. Implement program at youth meetings to grow and raise the youth members as responsible young adults.

Pre-Award Proposals- Review FOA (Funding Opportunity Announcement) to assist PI (Principle Investigator) with developing budgets, required forms, and following all guidelines stated by agency. Work with agency, colleges, departments, and collaborates to fulfill all requirements of FOA. Build application package for submission to OGRD (Office of Grants & Research Development). Post award Management- Work directly with SPS (Sponsored Project Services) to manage all grant accounts within Washington State University Tri-Cities. Routinely checking all accounts for any issues or needs, and following up with PIs with any assistance necessary. Continually meet with PIs’ regularly to assist with grant management, evaluate current account status, and forecast potential issues. Procedure Development- Work alongside co-workers to develop and improve daily procedures for everyday actions, commonly used forms, and all grant operations.

customer Service- Managing the Quality Assurance aspect for all packages going in and out of terminal. Up to 9,000 packages coming through the terminal daily. Answering phones, dealing with large amounts of money, correcting addresses, working directly with customers, shippers and contractors. Tracking shipments, following up with missing and damaged packages. Data Entry, Spreadsheets, and Filing- Organizing data for drivers, recipients, and shippers, filling out eForms and paper forms. Creating excel spreadsheets to compile data into readable, organized charts. Generating and Running Reports- Daily, weekly, and monthly reports ran to keep track of packages, hours, miles, inventory, billing, and more. Paying Bills and Ordering Items- Handling cost of the terminal, including sending bills and paying bills. Bills for cleaning, maintenance, equipment, supplies, and recreational. Ordering items for driver, employees, and the building.
