Working on the the Fireworks project to upgrade new and existing companies to Cisco NGFW solution.Provide technical assistance to customers by assessing, reviewing, planning, upgrading, and supporting their Cisco Firepower/SecureFirewall software upgrades.Help configure and troubleshoot issues related to Remote Access VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, access policies, NAT, etc.Manage overall project goals and timelines, while being responsive to customer requirements, problems, escalations, and overallsentiment.
