As Vice President of Operations, I worked directly with enterprise customers and General Managers of our three print plants. Supporting each plant in developing new processes, balancing our labor force, sourcing new equipment, and managing P&L, I helped each plant build better solutions for our customers. I bring deep knowledge of every facet of print development, to bring each project off press, through production, and out the door.

I helped develop Digital Lizard’s print-on-demand platform that allows clients to customize and order marketing materials via a web-based service. In addition, I worked closely with several companies to build enterprise-level solutions that allowed strategic accounts to process orders via API and XML.

I started in Customer Service as employee #4 for an innovative digital print company. I later advanced to roles as a Sales Representative and Sales Manager, helping to grow ByDesign from a new startup to $15M revenue.
