Overseeing the conversion of a warehouse into our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, I orchestrated the installation of a comprehensive utility package, encompassing high purity process water systems, boilers, compressed air, and HVAC units. Guiding a team of 3 technicians and 1 engineer, I ensured efficient operations while mentoring their professional growth. Additionally, I spearheaded equipment improvements and automation enhancements, optimizing our preventive maintenance program through Maintenance Connection software.
